This policy explains what data the website level11-agency.net (the “Site”) of the LEVEL 11 agency (the “Agency”) collects, why, and how it is used. By submitting a request through the form on the Site you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to it.

Data you provide in the request form: your name, Telegram username, game and platforms, project link, approximate budget and comment.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, the referring page and UTM tags. If web analytics services are enabled on the Site, they may use cookies.
3. Why we use the data
To contact you about your request, prepare a proposal and discuss working together.
To understand how visitors find the Site and to improve it.
We do not use your data for mailings without separate consent.
4. Who receives the data
Your request is delivered to Agency staff via the Telegram messenger. Analytics data may be processed by Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics under the terms of those services. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for any other purpose, except where required by law.
5. Retention
Request data is kept for as long as needed to communicate about your request and work together, but no longer than three years after your last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.
6. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to dmitry@level11-agency.com — we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Requests are accessible only to Agency staff who need them for their work.
